Strength:
Endeck is engineered to resist sagging that can occur with wood and ordinary composite decking. It’s lighter in weight than composite or
wood deck boards, but has great strength and durability. Endeck boards meet or exceed stringent ASTM and AC174 standards. The PVC compounds we
use are tougher too, and stand up against foot traffic better as a result.
Architectural Appeal:
Endeck’s PVC deck boards have an embossed wood grain on both sides with real-wood appeal. The surface of Endeck mimics the look and feel
of real wood, and the colors - Tan, Khaki and Gray - will match or contrast nicely with your home's existing siding, fencing and railing. All
the leading hidden fastening systems work well with Endeck, for a fastener-free surface.
Low-Maintenance:
Even though it may look like wood, it certainly doesn’t act like wood. No scraping, sanding or staining. No twisted, cracked or warped
boards to replace. Clean-up is practically effortless; a spray of the hose removes most dirt and grime. And it’s comfortable under foot
- cool to the touch even on the hottest of days.
Endeck’s color goes completely through the board, not just on the surface, so scratches will weather to a softer color in due time.
Endeck boards are strong, durable, have a high impact resistance, and provide excellent traction wet or dry.
Endeck, a totally inorganic PVC deck board. No rice hulls, flax or wood fillers!
Endeck is available in gray, tan and khaki; the same colors as Enduris fence and railing profiles, allowing design possibilities from
exact match to a tasteful contrasts. The board dimensions are 1” x 5 ½” in 12’, 16’ or 20’ lengths. Both
sides are embossed, showing realistic wood appeal without the threat of splinters or cracking. The subtle background matte finish eliminates
any shiny gloss appearance not representative in real wood.
The internally consistent solid cell formulation provides a very stable board at 1.5 lbs per lineal foot, and allows nailing or screwing
extremely close to the edge without breaking or splitting and remains cool to the touch on the hottest of days. It is suggested that stainless
steel fasteners be used to accommodate longevity with treated lumber substructures. Stainless steel hidden fasteners are recommended if attaching
through the face is not the desired application method.
Endeck carries a limited lifetime warranty and is packaged for protection against the elements.
